DUMAGUETE CITY, Philippines — The Sibulan Airport (DGT) has recently completed works for night flight operations at the Sibulan Airport (DGT). This is in line with the government’s efforts to spread out flight times, which in turn reduces air traffic congestion at the Ninoy Aquino International Terminal (NAIA) which also improves tourism and connectivity in key cities of the Philippines.
